Khalil Shakir

Even after observing it hundreds of times over the NFL’s century-long history, few sights can compare to seeing a determined ballcarrier turn an all-but-certain tackle into a breakaway touchdown. Offering one of the 2025 season’s best, Khalil Shakir found light at the end of a “tunnel screen,” pairing his teammates’ blocks with ambition of his own during an elusive, crowd-delighting 43-yard score to put Buffalo on the scoreboard in style. As evidenced by the final, the Bills’ plans to showcase their offense proved successful during Sept. 28, 2025’s 31-19 win over the New Orleans Saints, with Shakir spurring the charge through a five-catch, 69-yard, one-score afternoon.
