The Rookie of the Year-winning campaign that introduced the NFL world to Chase Young remains much-discussed, and for those who paid close attention to New Orleans’ 2025 defense, traits of that very player remain evident a half-decade later. Resurgent during a season that set a new career-best in sacks (10.0) and tied for a career-high in fumbles recovered (three), Young enjoyed a best-of-both-worlds sequence against Tennessee, literally pickpocketing the Titans’ quarterback from the blindside for a 33-yard touchdown runback. The Saints’ 34-26 win over Dec. 28, 2025 included a bevy of must-see plays, with Young’s deficit-trimming highlight play among the top candidates; alongside his scoop-and-score, he also contributed four tackles and a sack-and-a-half.
