From the literal moment that running backs begin playing the position, coaches will often preach one four-word phrase: “Keep those legs moving.” Such advice is basically a cheat code for one of Saquon Barkley’s lower-body strength, and Philadelphia saw it firsthand during a redzone run in which their All-Pro absorbed a hit before twisting past three Commanders defenders for a seemingly-impossible touchdown run. At the time of Dec. 20, 2025, the Eagles were gearing up for a title-defending postseason run, and Barkley was hitting top gear, as evidenced through a 132-yard, one-touchdown showcase (on 21 touches) to secure a 29-18 win over Washington.
