Christian McCaffrey

From the literal moment that he stepped foot on the NFL’s gridiron, Christian McCaffrey’s out-of-the-backfield receiving skills could already be described as “almost unrivaled.” Working side-by-side with a quarterback known as “Superman,” McCaffrey put on his own cape, saving the Carolina Panthers’ postseason comeback hopes with a shifty, perfectly-run “Texas route,” followed by a 56-yard catch-and-run touchdown. The New Orleans Saints had Wild Card Weekend’s last laugh in a 31-26 finish on Jan. 7, 2018, but McCaffrey nonetheless confirmed himself as a big-game performer in his playoff debut, efficiently recording a 117-yard, one-touchdown tally (on just 12 touches).
